July 9 — Road Closures around the AAPS Office

Dear AAPS Members,

On Tuesday July 9th UBC will be hosting the UBC Grand Prix.

The course circles the TEF III Building where the AAPS Office is located. The AAPS Office will be open for business as usual on July 9th, but if you are coming to visit us, please allow yourself some extra time to get to our office and be sure to follow the directions of the race coordinators when crossing the street.  Please note that the parking lots beside the building and the roadways around the building will not be accessible by car. Road Closures — June 18 at Point Grey Campus

On June 18, 2013 the RCMP will be conducting an emergency response training exercise at Point Grey Campus. On that day some buildings and roads at Point Grey campus will be closed for the duration of the exercise.

Immediate Changes to the M&P Staff PD Fund

As outlined in the memo you received from UBC HR, they have made several changes to the M&P Staff PD Fund, effective June 1, 2013.
