Program Summary

Our ability to present information and ideas is critical to our career success. Strong communication skills are among the top skills requested of employees and an area where many professionals struggle. Facts alone rarely persuade and seldom inspire. Join Bruna Martinuzzi to learn a model of communication that will get your audience to want to "lean in" to hear more of what you have to say. You will walk away with tools and techniques that will inspire you to change for good the way you communicate important messages.
