Program Summary

It can be hard to plan for the time when you or your loved ones are no longer here, but as Benjamin Franklin said, there are only two things certain in life: death and taxes. This seminar is ideal if you want to make things easier for your loved ones when you’re no longer here. It can also help if you have aging parents and you want to be prepared to handle their affairs when they pass.

Lynn Williams’ and Mark Braeder’s friendly and engaging approach will help you get clear on steps to take to prepare your estate plan and living wishes so you leave a legacy of love.

In addition to the presentation, there will also be plenty of time for questions.

This presentation will cover:

  • Valuable estate planning information
  • Essential planning tips to transfer your estate in a way that meets your needs and wishes
  • Information on how to properly construct an estate plan
  • Ideas on ways to reduce your future tax liability
  • Considerations for passing on more to your heirs
  • The importance of preparing your living wishes

Please be advised that this seminar is for general information purposes only. It is not intended to provide personalized legal, investment, or tax advice.
