Transition Letter from AAPS Board of Directors: Memo to Members

Dear AAPS Members,

We are writing today to let you know that, for personal reasons, Isabella Losinger has stepped down as President of AAPS. She is looking forward to continuing serving you in her roles as Advocacy Chair and on the AAPS Board as Past President.

This is a personal decision for Isabella. After evaluating the time commitment necessary to best serve AAPS members, she found it necessary to shift her role in the organization. We are delighted that Isabella will be able to continue working with AAPS in this new capacity. She will be able to share her leadership experience, institutional knowledge, and ensure an orderly transition.

Andrea Han has stepped into the role of Acting President of AAPS. She is excited to be taking up the challenges of leading the AAPS organization. We have an experienced and dedicated Board of Directors, and we are eager to continue our work supporting members and helping to make UBC a great workplace environment.

We look forward to communicating with you about our initiatives in the coming months. Should you have any questions about this change, please feel free to contact Andrea or AAPS Executive Director Joey Hansen at or 604 822 8230.
