Your Input is Needed to Create the UBC Presidential Position Profile

Dear Members,

AAPS strongly encourages you to participate in the UBC Presidential Search by contributing your input to the presidential position profile. This profile will form the basis from which the executive search firm and Presidential Search Committee will recruit and evaluate potential candidates.

It is imperative that AAPS members play a role in developing the profile and have their experience and expectations understood by the Presidential Search Committee.

The Committee is seeking views and advice on the following:

  • Required leadership attributes, values, professional qualifications
  • Experience of candidates
  • Priorities, opportunities, and challenges facing the university over the next five to ten years
