THRIVE: Make time for a mental health check

It’s Thrive Week across UBC, and there are a number of events that you can participate in, both online and offline.

Check out the events calendar and learn more about Thrive Week. (It has the events listed for both Point Grey and UBCO.)

Thrive Week aims to help the UBC community build positive mental health. It’s an excellent time to take a pause an consider your own mental health as well as the mental health of your family and colleagues.

Try out the Canadian Mental Health Association’s Mental Health Meter.

If you are experiencing any workplace issues, need representation, or have a question about the Collective Agreement, please contact the AAPS Office.
