Public Sector Employers’ Council (PSEC)
"The Public Sector Employers' Council coordinates the management of labour relations policies and practices in the public sector to foster an efficient and effective workforce. It is made up of eight ministers or deputy ministers, the Commissioner of the Public Service, and a representative from each of the six public sector employers associations. The Minister of Finance chairs the 15-member council."

University Public Sector Employers’ Association (UPSEA)
"In 1993 the Public Sector Employers Act led to the establishment of the University Public Sector Employers' Association (UPSEA). The six member universities of TUPC are designated as one of the seven public sectors identified in the legislation. The purposes of the Act are "to ensure coordination of human resource and labour relations policies and practices among public sector employers, and to improve communication and coordination between public sector employers and representatives of public sector employees."
