Program Description

Ideas about effectively using our personal and interpersonal power are all around us, all the time, and many of them are inaccurate or unhealthy depictions. Facing the rapid nature of change in the workplace, we often feel stress about how to adapt our sense of personal power in the midst of such stressors and change.

This session acknowledges the impact of frequent change in the workplace, and the potentially disruptive effect change can have. It also invites participants to consider the opportunities and challenges therein.
