Bargaining 2019 + Voting on the Budget + Operations Update

Join AAPS for the 2018 Spring General Meeting

Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 12:00pm-1:30pm with lunch service beginning at 11:45am.

We’ll be talking bargaining, budget, and operations.

RSVP now.

We know that 50% of you are new to the AAPS collective bargaining process. Your participation is essential to collective bargaining, and we want you to have a good understanding of what collective bargaining is, why it’s important, and how you can be involved.

In addition, we want to give you an operations update. Over the past year, AAPS has started to expand the type of advocacy work it undertakes on your behalf. At the Spring General Meeting, we will provide you with more information on this new activity and how it is anticipated to affect AAPS’ future operations.

We’ll be hosting in-person meetings at Point Grey Campus, Okanagan Campus, Vancouver General Hospital, and St. Paul’s Hospital.

AAPS Board members and staff members will be in attendance to answer your questions. Lunch will be provided.

Register here for meetings at:

Point Grey Campus: Alumni Centre Jack Poole Hall

Okanagan Campus: ART 202

St. Paul’s Hospital: SPH 1550 (Education Room)

Vancouver General Hospital:  Blusson Spinal Cord Centre (ICORD) Lecture Hall

You can also view the webcast from your desk or a later date. Request the webcast link here.

We hope that you will make the time to attend the AAPS 2018 Spring General Meeting. It’s a good opportunity to network and learn about your professional association’s new initiatives over lunch with your colleages.
