What You Will Learn:

  • Develop awareness of the effects and role of conflict styles in and out of the workplace

  • Self-reflection activities
  • Large and small group discussions
  • Video analysis
  • Real world examples

This session is designed for all AAPS members who are looking to develop a better understanding of their own reactions to stress and their ability to manage it: professionals who deal with stress and pressure in their work and personal lives who want to more effectively control their reaction to external forces and learn to effect change where they can.
