Make an Advocacy Appointment

 

If you are experiencing an issue with your employer and are in need of assistance, please contact us to book an advocacy appointment.

You will be assigned to one of our Member Services Officers to help address your concern or answer your question.

We should be your first call if you have a workplace question or concern on a variety of issues including:

  • Need representation
  • Bullying/harassment concerns
  • Conflict in the workplace
  • Disciplinary meetings
  • Investigations
  • Sick Leave
  • Sicke Leave Documentation
  • Other kinds of leaves
  • Questions about the Collective Agreement
  • Questions or concerns about telecommuting arrangements
  • Preparing for a difficult conversation with a supervisor or colleague
  • Required documentation to help address workplace issue or leave
  • Before signing termination, appointment, or disciplinary letters

We are happy to assist you. Please remember that no questions is too small.

Meeting with a Member Services Officer

During this time as staff transition to majority remote work, Member Services Officers will be scheduling phone appointments unless meeting in-person is needed. Member Services Officers are still available to travel to different work sites as needed and are still able to represent you at meetings with your employer.
