Elections close on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 11:59pm.

Your AAPS Board of Directors is a committed group of volunteers who want to make UBC a great workplace for all members. The Board also plays a fundamental role in setting the strategic goals of AAPS. General Wage Increases and Retroactive Pay Implementation

We know that many of you are eagerly awaiting news about when you can expect to receive your retroactive pay and your salary adjustments for the July 1, 2022 and July 1, 2023 general wage increases.

We spoke to UBC and they have shared that they remain optimistic that you will receive your salary adjustments and retroactive pay in late October or early November. The University has been processing bargaining units’ retroactive pay and salary adjustments one at a time based on when the unit has settled.
