May 1 2019 General Wage Increases
On May 1, 2019 your final General Wage Increase of the current Collective Agreement and the Economic Stability Dividend came into effect.
The total combined increase of 1.75% will be reflected on your May 15, 2019 pay.
These increases were negotiated as part of collective bargaining. They apply to all AAPS members regardless of the department you work for, how long you have worked at UBC, the length of your term, or how your position is funded. These increases should not negatively impact your performance-based pay. If you are told that you are not receiving a performance-based pay increase, or receiving less than you normally would due to the GWI or Economic Stability Dividend, please contact AAPS for assistance.

If you do not regularly review your pay stubs, it’s a good idea to check them periodically and make sure your pay and deductions are accurate. You can review your pay and benefits by logging into UBC’s Management System Portal.
