Building a Strong Organizational Culture: Support Organizational Vision and Create a Great Place to Work

A healthy culture has many outcomes, including lower turnover, greater productivity, and collaborative team environments. So our organization needs to be a great place to work.

This program identifies the necessary factors and best practices that make organizations special, unique, and capable of supporting the organization’s vision. Starting with an examination of what organizational culture is, we will then explore the most effective leverage points for maintaining our culture’s strengths. In addition, we’ll investigate how to engage others in committing to the organization’s ultimate purpose, and live the core values the organization purports to uphold.

This session is well suited to those who have influence to guide or lead their group at either the unit or department level. Some examples might be those members in operational leadership positions within a unit /large department, or leaders of smaller entities with limited HR representation. This session is not as suitable for emerging managers, coordinators, or experienced HR professionals.
