For Directors and Senior Managers of teams and units
Focus Area: Leadership

Program Summary

So much has changed in our world since March 15. A global pandemic, physical restrictions, remote working, a worldwide social justice movement, to name just a few. Yet, slowly but surely, it’s now time to start returning to normal, but of course, “normal” has changed. And the “new normal” isn’t static. It continues to change, week by week, sometimes day by day, always subject to repeated mutations and variations. It’s not a “new normal.” It’s the “now normal.” This means that key skills needed are flexibility and adaptability, in ourselves as leaders, and in the people we lead.

Join Merge Gupta-Sunderji in a fast-paced and highly relevant virtual session via Zoom as she explores and explains ideas and strategies on how to best lead in the “now normal.”  She’ll give you specific and practical tools and tips to support, pivot, reassure, and motivate your people so that you can tap into their strengths and abilities and help them overcome their weaknesses.  She’ll help you help your people become more adaptable so that they can adjust and bounce back quickly as the “now normal” continues to shift and spin.
