Professional Development
We offer an ongoing series of events that focus on job and life skills to enhance learning opportunities for members.
Negotiation
As the bargaining agent for management and professional staff at UBC, we are currently consulting with members in preparation for the 2012 round of bargaining.
Advocacy
AAPS advises members on countless matters each year. We can help you with issues such as sick leave, performance reviews, compensation levels, and terminations without cause.
Our Mandate
We promote the welfare of the Association’s members and act as the bargaining agent of M&P staff employed by the University of British Columbia.
