General Wage Increases and Retroactive Pay Implementation

We know that many of you are eagerly awaiting news about when you can expect to receive your retroactive pay and your salary adjustments for the July 1, 2022 and July 1, 2023 general wage increases.

We spoke to UBC and they have shared that they remain optimistic that you will receive your salary adjustments and retroactive pay in late October or early November. The University has been processing bargaining units’ retroactive pay and salary adjustments one at a time based on when the unit has settled. AAPS Support Amidst Israel-Gaza Conflict

We recognize that the recent events that broke out this weekend between Israel and Gaza may be affecting many of you. Our members are diverse and we know that this situation is upsetting and alarming for members who come from these parts of the world or those who may have friends and loved ones residing in these areas who may be directly impacted by the events unfolding.
