Attend the live version of one of our most requested recordings. Take advantage of this opportunity to practice your skills and rehease your approach.

Program Summary

One of the challenges members say they face in having a difficult conversation is deciding what to say. In this AAPS PD Active Practice session with Diane Ross, members will have the opportunity to spend time thinking (and writing and speaking) about what you want to say, developing your communications message, and planning for outcomes and reactions. You will have time to try out your message with other AAPS members, get feedback, and make revisions.

Program Summary: Making a Difference Locally, Finding Meaning, Contribution, and Hope Globally

The final session brings together the ideas and tools explored throughout the series and focuses on how we move forward with agency, purpose, and confidence in an uncertain world.

It is easy to feel powerless when facing constant change, institutional complexity, and challenges that are beyond our individual control. While we cannot control everything happening around us, we can choose where we direct our energy, how we respond, and how we show up each day.
