Joining UBC
If you join UBC in an M&P Staff position you will automatically become a member of AAPS. We are very please to have you as a member. Here are some resources:

- Please note there is nothing in the Collective Agreement that prohibits you from negotiating your salary within the range specified in the job description.
We are happy to answer any of your quesitons about joining UBC as an M&P staff member prior to signing your offer letter. You will also want to review your employment contract. After you have finalized your offer letter, please contact the office a sign up for a New Member Informaiton Session.

* Please note you may give less than one month's written notice, but this will impact your final pay. Please contact the office if you have any questions about resignations.
