General Wage Increases (GWI) for the 2022–2025 Collective Agreement:

• July 1, 2022 – a fixed dollar increase of $455 for 1.0 FTE adjusted proportionally for part-time workers, plus 3.24%
• July 1, 2023 – 6.75%
• July 1, 2024 – 3% (inflation-adjustment confirmed)
