About This Series

Do great work and feel good while you’re doing it! If you have too much on your plate, you’re running on empty, and don’t think that you have time for what matters, this series is for you. While most of us recognize the challenges we face and know what we should be doing such as manage stress, take breaks, and prioritize, the challenge is making it actually work in our real work and lives.

Session 1: Get it Done Protocol: Foundation Tools: Monday 17, 2025, 12pm-1:30pm, Live on Zoom

Session 2: Get it Done Protocol: Time and Energy Management: Monday, November 24, 2025, 12pm-1:30pm, Live on Zoom

Session 3: Get it Done Protocol: Protection and Sustainability Monday, December 1, 2025, 12pm-1:30pm, Live on Zoom

Participant Expectations for the Live Zoom

  1. To attend the full session. People arriving late, leaving early, or dropping in and out negatively impacts the experience for everyone. We understand that emergencies happen, but if everyone starts out with a full commitment and focus for the duration of the session, it makes the experience so much better for everyone
  2. To actively participate in the activities, whether through reflection, writing, small group conversations, or large group discussions. (And using audio and video for online sessions)
  3. Be open and engaged with the content of the session, even if it doesn't immediately resonate with you. We encourage you to try things out and help us create a positive learning environment for all participants
  4. To be professional, kind, and courteous to fellow participants and to practice patience, confidentiality, and inclusivity
