Focus Areas: Bargaining Consultation

We encourage all members to participate in the upcoming bargaining roundtables. Your feedback and insights will directly shape the AAPS bargaining priorities.

We will be talking about key issues of the Collective Agreement that matter most to you. These commonly center around pay, leaves, working conditions, and certain benefits.

We invite you to bring your ideas, suggestions, and experiences to these bargaining roundtables. As you share your views, you will hear from other members in different department and units about their perspectives.

If you like to express yourself verbally, connect with colleagues, and enjoy some food, please come out to one of the bargaining roundtables.

Please note you are welcome to a bargaining roundtable at any location that works best for you.

We will share your bargaining priorities from the bargaining consultation process at the AAPS Spring General Meeting, April 29, 2025.
