For professionals
Focus Area: Personal Leadership

Program Summary

On March 15, the world of work as we know it shifted.  Within a matter of days, most of us were working virtually, and the workplace and personal protocols we were accustomed to had changed.  If you feel like 2020 has been a whirlwind, then you’re not alone.  We’re certainly in a “new normal,” but the new normal isn’t static. It continues to change, week by week, sometimes day by day.  It’s not a “new normal.” It’s the “now normal,” subject to repeated mutations and variations. This means that your critical success factors are now your flexibility and your adaptability – how you roll with the punches, bounce back, and keep going.  But it’s more than just that.  If the “now normal” is changing all the time, what will it take to deliver results and get things done?  If you want to be effective and productive, then you need to be more strategic about doing things differently than before.

Join Merge Gupta-Sunderji in a fast-paced and highly relevant virtual seminar specifically designed to address your challenges as a professional staff member. You’ll get insights into how you instinctively operate in our new working reality and how you can leverage your strengths and overcome your weaknesses to continue to thrive no matter what kinds of challenges come your way.

Audience

We will be hosting this session on the Zoom meeting platform. It is a participatory session, and the expectation is that you will have video and audio on for most of the session. We will also be using your breakout rooms. If you do not wish to actively participate in the live session, please contact AAPS for the recording instead of registering for the session itself.
