Your Right to Representation

  • Grievance Process (Article 4  / Section 7.7 in Framework Agreement)
  • Disciplinary (Article 8.3)
  • Human rights, discrimination, and harassment (Article14.1)
  • Problem resolution regarding a performance review (Article 6.3)

New WorkSafeBC Harassment and Bullying Policies

On November 1, 2013, WorkSafeBC Harassment and Bullying Policies came into effect. The new policies and resources provide guidelines for the prevention and handling of workplace harassment complaints and to support recent changes to the Workers’ Compensation Act (WCA), which sets out the general duties of employers, workers, and supervisors.
