AAPS Memo to Members Regarding the Conflict in Gaza, Israel, and the Middle East

Dear AAPS Members,

We understand that the ongoing conflict taking place in Israel, Gaza, and the Middle East weighs heavily on you. These are trying times, and we know that this conflict has brought forth so many emotions.

Support Amidst Ongoing Conflict in the Middle East

We understand that the ongoing conflict in Israel, Palestine, and surrounding regions are impacting many of you. We recognize that events like these can be deeply distressing.

While feelings of fear, anxiety, sadness, exhaustion, and anger are normal, we do want to remind everyone to treat people with dignity and respect. Hateful and careless words and actions can make people feel marginalized, disrespected, or discriminated upon. Now more than ever, we need to be kind and compassionate towards one another. AAPS Consultations: Indigenous Member Consultations on the Temporary Language in the AAPS Collective Agreement

Dear AAPS Members,

We are beginning the consultation process for Indigenous AAPS members on the temporary language in articles 12.4, 12.11, and 1.1 of the 2022-2025 Collective Agreement.

We are sending this email to all AAPS members to ensure our invitation to participate reaches all members who are Indigenous to North America, such as First Nations, Inuit, and Métis.
