Program Summary

Adaptability has been identified as one of the most critical employability skills of the future – but it’s not only necessary at work. As the pace and magnitude of change continue to accelerate, we don't have a choice of whether to adapt or not. But do we think of adaptability as a skill that can be learned? Or even enjoyed?

Drawing on her book Nimble (2019) and her work as an Adaptability Quotient professional global coach, Dr. Rebecca Sutherns will explore behavioural science and lots of stories to help you identify and build practical ways of adapting that suit your skills, temperament, and environment. If we all have to adapt, why not travel our own path of least resistance to get there?

The conversation will serve as a springboard to help leaders and professionals increase their nimbleness and resilience in the face of ongoing volatility. It will also introduce participants to additional resources to continue their adaptability learning journey.
