Annual General Meeting 2022

The AAPS 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on the Zoom meeting platform from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2022. 

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for AAPS members to hear from the AAPS Board and staff. The meeting will start at 12:00 pm, and a general Q&A portion will be held at the end. We hope that you will join us!

Motions and Voting on the Zoom platform

As we will be hosting the Annual General Meeting on the Zoom meeting platform, we will be using the polling feature for voting.

1. The speaker will read and move the motion
2. The speaker will ask that a member second the motion in Zoom Chat by typing "I second the motion" 
3. The speaker will ask if there is any discussion on the motion as presented
4. A poll will be posted, and members will have the opportunity to vote "yes” or "no"
5. A motion will be passed with a majority "yes" vote of the members present and voting
