Questions to Federal Political Parties Update and Time Off to Vote During Federal Elections

We first want to thank you for taking part in the initiative to submit questions to federal political parties on the issues that matter most to you. 

We received a wide range of thoughtful questions on a variety of important issues. After collating and amalgamating all submissions, the following top five issues were identified: cost of living (including housing), university funding, labour, international students, and the economy.

AAPS Memo: Federal Elections – Ask the Questions that Matter Most to You

A snap election was recently called by Canada’s new Prime Minister, Mark Carney. This means that Canadian citizens will be going to the polls to vote on April 28, 2025.
