AAPS 2022-2025 Collective Agreement Now Ratified

We are pleased to inform you of the results of the 2022 Tentative Agreement Ratification Vote.

3,537 AAPS members voted in favour and 111 voted against. With 96.96% of participating members voting in favour, the ratification passes.

We appreciate your strong support—57.76% of the AAPS membership participated in this vote.

We are also pleased to report that UBC has also ratified the agreement.

Ratification Vote Closes Tomorrow, August 9

We are pleased to share that based on last week’s count, we had over 41% of members participate in the 2022 Tentative Agreement ratification vote. By contrast, in 2020 we had 32.5% of members vote during the whole of the ratification process. Let’s make sure to continue to increase this number before voting closes tomorrow, August 9, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
