We are currently at the stage where we are gathering your bargaining priorities. This involves consulting members and learning more about your concerns and what you want changed in your Collective Agreement.

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming bargaining roundtables. If you prefer expressing your thoughts and concerns verbally while also connecting with and hearing from other AAPS members, we encourage you to register and attend one of our bargaining roundtables.
We will be offering in-person bargaining roundtables at AAPS members’ major worksites as well as online roundtables through Zoom. Each of the roundtable sessions will be an open group discussion for members to share their specific ideas and priority areas. If you are new to collective bargaining, then we strongly encourage you to attend our Introduction to Bargaining Lunch and Learn, which will be held online.
As we continue to prepare for the upcoming collective bargaining, we want to ensure that your priorities and concerns are at the forefront of our discussions. To do this, we need your input.
We encourage all members to complete this short bargaining priorities survey for the 2025 round of collective bargaining.
The survey will take about 5 to 7 minutes to complete and is designed to give both the AAPS staff and Board a broad view of the key bargaining issues that matter most to you. We hope that many of you will make the time to complete it.
