AAPS Memo to Members: April 2026 Merit Update

Dear AAPS members,

We are pleased to share that we have reached an agreement in principle with the University on the matter of merit payments for 2025. All AAPS members who are eligible for merit as of July 2025 will receive a 1.5% salary increase retroactive to July 2025.

Final details around the implementation timeline are still being worked out, but merit will be applied after the tentative agreement is ratified, and after the General Wage Increase for 2025 is applied. Read more about AAPS Memo to Members: April 2026 Merit Update

Further to our message of February 24, we are once again happy to announce that AAPS and the University have reached a tentative bargaining agreement for a new collective agreement.
